Comfortability

The vehicles of LNH are all well maintained and managed. This is to meet the requirement of our customers whether with our services or with our vehicles' cleaniness. In order to meet our customers' satisfaction, we need "TWO" main criteria to work together. The criteria are:-

Vehicles
1. All of our vehicles are equipped with auto-grease system. This system is used to minimise the noise from the suspension system of the vehicle where this system will continuosly check the suspension system are well lubricated all the time. This is also to minimise our suspension system's wear and tear.
2. The seats in the vehicles are reclinable with ample of legroom. This will indirectly provide comfortability to our customers especially the long distance journey.
3. The luggage space of the vehicles are carefully design. This is to cater the customers' need in storing their luggage for long distance journey.

Drivers
1. All of LNH's driver are well trained to give a good customers service such as greetings to the customers when boarding the vehicle to make the customers feeling 'home' while travelling with our vehicles and services.
2. LNH's drivers are compulsory to do a routine medical check-up every month in making sure that the drivers are fit to drive.
3. The drivers are given maintenance training once a month. This is to ensure the drivers know well about the vehicle maintenance issues.
